	Kanye, gifted to Dave as an egg from Feferi, hatched in the midst of a trio of adult Ninetales. This has unfortunately led to some, uh... confusion. Kanye barks like a fox, wags his tails, and romps with his Ninetales kin. Dave's just waiting for the day he evolves into a Blastoise and loses his lovely Wartortle tails.

	Tock belonged to the first Dave in Johto, but more recently, to Karkat Vantas. He was left to Dave when Karkat left. He's a pretty chill guy, gets along well with even his more rambunctious teammates, but is somewhat less spirited than he used to be. Let's call it burgeoning abandonment issues.

	Dave caught Snoop during the Bad Omens invasion in June of '11. He's an assertive dude who doesn't take any shit, even from Seppucrow — or his trainer. As long as you're not giving him problems, though, he's pretty chill. Since Kim and Missy showed up, Snoop has taken them under his wing, so to speak. He looks after them, protects them, and the three of them sleep in a big cuddlepile when they're not in their balls.

	Kim is loud and rambunctious, but never mean — the instant she thinks she's hurt someone while playing, she stops. She can be reluctant to battle at times, but is easily influenced by Snoop, who always encourages her to kick ass.

	Seppucrow, as Dave refers to her, is a cheerful, high-spirited little mischief-maker with a heart of gold. She also happens to have a silly little crush on her trainer, which she tries to show by bringing him 'gifts.' She's slowly learning which gifts get her a scratch under the chin and which gifts he'll just throw at her to try to chase her off.

	Coolkid was inherited from Terezi when she disappeared from Johto. his full name is 'Inspector Coolkid,' and Dave has no intention of letting him evolve — hence the Everstone. He's taken up the venerable position of being Dave's personal portable heat source, and spends a lot of time burrowed inside Dave's jacket or shirt when the weather's cold.

	Hot Stuff, so dubbed because of his adorable little strut, is a flirty little boy with a fondness for boys. He tries to monopolize his trainer's attention, and often succeeds just by being outrageously cute, or behaving badly. He was a gift, along with the Fire Stone that evolved him, from Rose Lalonde.

	Missy isn't exactly lazy, but she loves her naps. Kim is always pestering her to play, and Snoop will wake her up sometimes (when he's not curling up beside her to keep watch), but she's never bothered. It's hard to get on her bad side, and it wouldn't be too farfetched to imagine she doesn't have one.

	A fiery little diva who is every bit aware of how cute she is, not to mention how spoiled. She was fed special homemade food by her previous owner, Watanuki, and Dave's treated her like a queen since Watanuki disappeared, leaving her in his care. She's taken her time warming up to Dave's team, but seems to have been helped along by the presence of two other Ninetales, and even tolerates Hot Stuff's fairly constant presence by now.

	Ojiro fell into Dave's care when Midori left Johto, after having been in the possession of no fewer than two trainers (Lottie and Tohru) previous to Midori. He's willful, haughty and difficult to control, but at least he seems fond of Missy and Hanabi, and he's got his hands full with them, too, so he doesn't have time to give Dave much trouble.

	Clockwork, like Tock, belonged to the first Dave in Johto, and more recently to Karkat, who left her to Dave when he left. She's a bit odd, vastly curious, and lends herself to the word 'cute.' Even Dave has to agree (just not out loud).

	Dave grabbed a Magikarp in Cherrygrove as an investment in a future Gyarados. Unfortunately, Seppucrow tried to fly away with the fish whenever she saw it. Now that she's a Gyarados, Seppucrow is less interested in trying to snatch her away. That doesn't stop her from perching right behind Queenie's head where she can't reach her, though. All the rage. All of it.

	Eminem belonged to Bro, and more recently, to Equius. He changed hands each time his trainer left Johto, and has now landed in Dave's possession. They haven't spent much time together, since Dave doesn't train his non-fire-types much, but he's been brought out occasionally, and he seems to get on fine with his new trainer.

	Orphaner was inherited from Eridan Ampora when he left Johto. Dave immediately boxed him (because who needs water Pokémon, anyway), and has considered passing him along to the new Eridan in town.

	Monk was left to Dave when Soul Eater Evans disappeared from Johto. Since Soul's not around, he seems to have transferred his attention and fussing to Dave, earning him the nickname 'Mom.' He can occasionally be found making a mess of the kitchen or trying to trim up Dave's unruly hair.

	Lauryn is assertive and bold; Dave never tried riding her as a Ponyta because of her small size, and he couldn't ride her as a Rapidash because she bucked him off. Repeatedly. She stays in her ball most of the time, since she has a tendency to take off when left unattended at all, and she's a bitch to catch. Lauryn was eventually shoved onto Tavros, who seems to have a way with her.
