Pretty much saw this coming. Would've happened sooner if Snoop didn't have some kind of fucking performance issues.

[ The Houndoom lifts his head, whining sharply. Bullshit, dude. Those ladies just like to play hard-to-get. ]

Anyway, Vulpix, Growlithe and Houndour. Should have a metric fuckton of egg moves on all of them, pretty much. Basically everything you could possibly want to fill your fire-breathing puppy needs. I know these needs are great.

[ He swivels the camera around to himself. He's sitting on the opposite bed, ostensibly not his. ]

P2500 for the Houndours, P1000 for everything else, and if you've got any Fire-types I don't, we can talk trades. Hot chicks take priority.

[ He's getting up and moving, himself, grabbing a coat. He doesn't really want to ask her what's wrong, but he's considering it, anyway. Maybe she wants to talk about it. ]

[Nanako doesn't really understand the awkwardness of saying too much yet, though the fact that Souji has been down in the dumps lately has affected her as well. she does her best to keep upbeat for his sake and for what's left of the Investigation Team, but it gets a little stressful sometimes.]

Okay! I'll be there asap!

[strideways]

[ Dave shuts off the 'Gear for the trip to the Celadon Pokémon Center, but clicks the video feed back on again once he's there, a Growlithe egg cradled in the transfer machine. ]

Ready, kid?

[and she clicks hers on as well, her own egg placed in the machine.]

[ He recognizes the Eevee egg and considers telling her she doesn't have to, but he figures two things — that he might make a little girl cry, and that she lives at the Breeding Center, where they're probably drowning in Eevee eggs, anyway — and keeps his mouth shut. He hits the transfer button instead.

The eggs are picked up and shuffled around, and a moment later, the Eevee egg has replaced the Growlithe one. Dave picks it up and holds it in one arm. ]

[she would have found some other way to give it to him anyway if he didn't take it right then, so it's a good thing he did! she carefully picks up the Growlithe egg, beaming with excitement.]
